This week we had the pleasure of hosting students Ethan and Jordan from Glasshouse Christian College. A big thank you to Rodney out in car 1 for the amazing experience spent with Ethan on his first day here. Rain, cloud, missed approaches and Dragon 61 (KC30) to name a few of this mornings sightings. He has also gone above and beyond to give them an awesome plane spotting photography experience
and even got them a sneaky look on board Jetstar’s A320. VH VGQ
Jordan who is also a member of the Sea Eagles will be manning the phones this Saturday.! Thank you again to our friends in the tower, Ethan is considering a future in Air Traffic Control so the time spent up in the tower was priceless.
Last Friday our Work Experience students also had a visit to the Sunshine Coast Airport Offices which showed them another side of the Aviation Industry.
Queensland Air Museum is another great supporter of our Work Experience Program.
They have hosted a number of our students for a day out at Caloundra which has certainly been one of the highlights!. Next week they will take on Brayson, Sawyer and Lachlan from St. Johns in Nambour and also Sea Eagle Members. Stay tuned for there adventures of the week.!
