Starting the year off clean!! We are very fortunate to have Craig Byron willing and able to polish up our Slings. Help him help you by keeping the inside clean after every flight. Especially those on the last flight of the day. And if the outside needs a wipe over or wash then it would be much appreciated. Thank you

CROSS COUNTRY ENDORSEMENTS.

We have a few students interested in this now.

At this stage Josh is looking at running 4x 2hour sessions from the 23rd Feb. I am playing around with date options at the moment.

Possibly 23/24 FEB 27/28FEB

Running from 5.30pm. This will be for the ground component then the flying component will be as per your own schedule.

If this will work for you and you would like to enrol, give me a call on 5448 8458 or email to confirm your attendance.

This is a great opportunity at a special group rate to get your Navigation Endorsement.

A light snack will be provided on the night.

BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL.

TRY AND FLY Day this Sunday 08th January. (and Sausage Sizzle)

We currently have 11 bookings for Sundays Try and Fly Day. If you were wanting a spot yourself for a $99.00 20 min trial flight or have family and friends you think may be interested then this is you last chance to book and purchase a spot. 8am and 11am are booked out.

You are welcome to join us at the BBQ for a 12pm Sausage sizzle. Feel free to drop by and help out if you wish.

Friday 13th January SAFETY MEETING AND WINGS NIGHT/ 6pm

A reminder it will be a requirement that all students and pilots attend in person or via ZOOM our upcoming Safety Meeting. CFI Quentin will be leading the meeting. If you are unable to attend in person or via a zoom or internet link, arrangements will need to be made to have you updated PRIOR to your next flight.

Also a great opportunity to congratulate and recognise our student achievements.

Defence Force Recruiting is coming to the Aero Club, Friday 20th JANUARY There will be a presentation, discussion and Q&A to provide information and answer questions about pathways into defence for our young people.

The Session will be at 12.30pm.

If any of you are interested or know others who are ,come along to the session, All Welcome.
